My avatar is a cork from a bottle of Champagne : an 1982 Clos des Goisses by Philipponnat I drank around 2003.
No Dom Perignon, no Cristal, no Krug or other less known or less exotic Champagne could make me forget this fabulous and complex wine! Even girls' cyprine can't ...
Aucune cyprine n'a encore réussi à me faire oublier le Champagne évoqué plus haut.
